What's your take on a cut w/o working out.
I've been suffering from a overused bicep tendon for about 4 months now and I have lost a significant amount of muscle already even with high protein intake.
How can I base my diet on this?
I do train legs twice a week if not more so I keep that up but no upper body at all.
