Do We REALLY Need Lower Carbs on Rest Days? sport: Good video, I had this doubt myself.
I don't carb cycle, I just eat normal every day. But I do intermittent fasting and most times I workout in a fasted state, so I eat all my meals post workout. And hearing about how you should eat high carbs on your training day I always thought that in my case it should be in the previous day. It made more sense.

Hey bro have a question in u reveds day lets say your maintenance its 2800 and u are in a deficit of -500 and in ur reveds day u decrease protein and fats and up the carbs, and the total calories should be at ur maintenance or a lightly surplus?
Can you show a video how to set up ur carb cycling?

Good stuff. Have you made other vids of carbs that you are recently consuming? Sort of like your own do's & dont's regarding products that you like good, better, best.
