3 Skinny Guy Diet Hacks Ryan: Hello, Usualy I eat 100g of oats with 200ml of milk and slice of bannana on top of this. But I found that heavy ( It's not easy to eat smthg else in the lunch) Question: If I mix ( oats, milk, bannana) will it be better, and do I lose calories by mixing all of that? sorry for my bad english, thanks for your vids -

Great video, I used to weight 58 2years ago, now I'm at 80. I started gaining weight once I started eating consistently for months oats and PASTA. Pasta is the #1 food for bulking imo ( for carbs )
