I usually like these muscle monsters videos but this looks a bit overcomplicated these are just fluff isolations Grab a barbell and do heavy OHP and heavy upright rows this allows more weight than dumbbells and is all you need if you get really strong at them and progressive overload there's no need for any more than that these are just light fancy movements, doing OHP and upright rows gives better results the classic exercises are simple and effective a rear delt exercise can be added but row's give decent growth for them so really you only need 2 sometimes only OHP if your side delts respond well to it

I usually love your videos, guys, but I have to say the Cuban presses seem questionable - even if you do them super carefully so they don't injure your shoulders with the internal rotation, you're then pushing a very light weight overhead so the second part of the movement seems like it wouldn't be very beneficial. And those seated Z-presses seem like a good way to hurt your lower back, especially if you don't have the necessary hip flexibility. I'm 52 and in decent shape but I know those would send a couple discs flying out the back of my spine. Cheers!

Tried Lu raises at my most recent workout because the dumbbells I wanted for lateral raises were taken, so I grabbed some plates. Very impressed. Will probably keep them just because the movement felt great and it was fun and motivating.

Did Cuban Press with P90x and tore my rotator cuff. Not a good exercise with heavy weights. If you want to do it, only do light weights along with a rotator cuff program.

Love the youngbloods stopping by with their criticisms. Come back in 20 years when heavy has taken its toll on joints, ligaments and cartilage.

At 49yrs and needing shoulder surgery (I am told) I am going to have to try some lower weight and try these to see if I can fix my shoulders

I could honestly do without the comic relief. I'd probably be more likely to make it through your video. Maybe I'm the only one I don't know
