JHolland: Is this a good idea, when I do full workouts I do my core workouts + squats and plank and press ups, then have a protein shake then do the rest of my workout then have a protein meal? Is this good or nah lol

Alain, I've just started doing full body 3x week. And I feel too tired during the workout. I'm almost unable to complete it. Should I increase my carbs intake or is it anything else?

Hey Alain, if your eating on a caloric surplus M-F and training M-F would you still recommend eating on a surplus Saturday & Sunday as well?
