What Happens When You Stop Taking Creatine - Are you concerned about what happens when you stop taking creatine? In this video I-ll go over how creatine works, what it does, and how stopping it will affect your results. Have a different question about creatine? Here are a list of the most frequently asked questions about creatine. What is the best form of creatine? Answer: Creatine monohydrate as it has been shown to saturate the muscle 100%. A fully saturated muscle cell is an anabolic one. With that being said, how much better can any other form of creatine be if creatine monohydrate already saturates the muscle 100%? Do I have to take creatine pre-workout or post-workout? Answer: Neither. Creatine monohydrate can be taken at any time of the day. Creatine typically takes about 3 weeks to take effect. The key is to take it consistently, over time. Do I have to load creatine? Answer: No, you do not HAVE to load creatine. However, one can choose to load it in hopes to saturate the muscle cells faster but this can result in digestive issues (bubble guts) and I would recommend avoiding that. Does creatine monohydrate work for everyone? Answer: No. There is a very small population of people who will not respond to creatine. These people are known as non-responders. A non-responder is not someone who simply won-t benefit from creatine (although they won-t, but it is someone who already experiences the benefits without supplementing with it. How much creatine should I take? Answer: 5 grams per day Do I have to take creatine with simple sugars? Answer: No-although you can, there is no added benefit from consuming your creatine with a simple sugar. Can I mix my creatine in with my shakes? Answer: Absolutely How long does it take before I notice results? Answer: The average time for creatine to take effect is about 3 weeks. Will creatine cause water retention? Answer: Yes, however, this is intra-muscular water retention and will not cause a puffy bloated look but instead a fuller muscle. What can I expect from creatine monohydrate? Answer: Significant strength increase, increased lean mass, and increased performance. Do you know someone who is considering getting off of creatine? Send them this video

German creatine creapure is the gold standard when it comes to purity. Other creatines that do not have the creapure label on it are made in China, which would be considered low quality. Would you buy a German car or a Chinese car? So My question is that let's say If I order a micronized creatine from a top brand company that does NOT have a creapure label on it, do you believe that it would be considered a very low quality creatine to put into my body because it was made in China having possible toxicities in it? Thank you

I have question, if anyone could spare some time to answer that-d be cool. I stopped taking creatine at the start of my football season. I-m currently 6 weeks into my season, and I-ve lost about 5 pounds and my strength has dropped a little bit. Which is normal for being in season. I-m just wondering if I should start taking creatine again, would it benefit me? I don-t lift much at all during the season, and I-m worried that I-d be taking it for no reason.

It said to increase DHT wich is reaponsible for hair loss. Well building muscles does and create helps that. So that is my reason on why im thinking of stoping. In my fily every male started balding around 30. Im 26 now and im not looking forward to that.

I have a question. So let-s say My max is with 135 pbs then I-m on creatine and I increase my strength to 185. The minute I-m off creatine will I lose a lot of strength to be able to bench 185 or could it drop significantly down to 165 or 175? Just wondering

Yeah my understanding is that creatines main benefit is increasing muscle endurance to workout longer and that-s the reason for increased gains.
I think the biggest side effect would be feeling a bit weaker on the last set.

If I go on vacation and miss 4 days of taking creatine but go right back on 5G a day, will it make me no longer saturated?
