I have a question (anyone who can help I-d greatly appreciate it. I-ve been training regularly for 10 mos. Diet always on point. Had facial surgery and a second yesterday. When I-m back in the gym, I-ll have only hit the gym 4x in about 3 weeks (2 were already 2 weeks ago. Other two back to back (2nd 3 days ago. How much strength and muscle can I expect to lose? I know I-ll gain it back. I just want to be realistic and go with the right mindset. This was pretty major surgery. Oh well. Such as life. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

then how i should scheduled my work out? if monday is legs. tuesay is chest. wed is shoulder. thursday is back. friday legs. sat. chest. sunday shoulder. then 1 week is not enough for full body work out

Well put man.
Tired of people telling everyone to do a bunch of flies, tricep movements, and rows to increase bench. They have their place. But they sure aint the bread and butter.

Hey man, I-ve also been stuck at 185 for my bench. Could you maybe clarify what you mean by leg drive? I understand the other two points
