If I had to choose just one chest exercise for the rest of my life, It would most definitely be the bench press, simply due to the fact that it hits the entire chest pretty well. BUT, you-re probably already doing a ton of benching. Yet, if your upper chest is still lagging behind despite bench pressing a couple of times per week, it might be time to make some adjustments to your chest training. Building a bigger upper chest not only gives you a larger appearance from the front, but can also add a lot of thickness to your physique from the side. In this video I share my top 3 exercises for targeting the upper pecs

Good examples for exercise choice.
However, I disagree that bench press is a -king-, because its not suitable for anyone - barbell exercise for chest in general.
DB and cables are appropriate, but unlike many others that thinks its -easy- or -non-essential-, you should be experienced for that in order to hit the target muscle and/or fibers.
DB and cables demands more stability (and mobility) in joints with controlled movement and mind-muscle connection, to feel and -know- yourself. :)

Do you know of the emg best exercices for each muscle groups based on the number of fibers activated during the chosen exercice. Incline or flat narrow activate the same and more the clavicular part of the chest and also incline dumbell presses activate 91% of overall pecs.
CHEST
Decline dumbbell bench press - 93%
Incline dumbbell press - 91%
Decline bench press - 89%
Flat dumbbell bench press - 87%
Flat barbell bench press - 85%

Damn, this is not a guillotine press, jou should not flare out your elbows that much. You miss the oppertunity to cross over midline when you do the incline cable crossover. The chest actually has an abdominal head also. And a bench press does not hit the entire pec. FYI

Can you please show more resistance bands and body weight exercises? I don-t own any weights. But I utilize resistance bands and body weight exercises. I would love to know how to get better results from my use of resistance bands and body weight exercises.

It really is this simple folks. I am tired of people thinking there is some new and different ways to build chest. Just do these and progressive overload and you will see results.
