Apply some commensence and let's think about this. Refrigerator didn't always exist and food wasn't always at our finger tips. So in the old days in the before times of the long long ago they didn't eat every 3to5 hrs and they where very strong men. Just look at the Aborigines any tribal men they are built like tanks and don't lift weight like we have to. Its best just to assume anything coming from the establishment is all B. S lies to keep you unhealthy and on the government medical system. Take the food pyramid for example. They claim you must eat mostly carbohydrates followed by sugary fruits followed by a very little bit of fats and then some Fiber and what do we know today this is 100% wrong if anything it is upside down you need to eat an increase amount of fads predominately over 65% and is very few or little carbohydrates and no sugars as possible. This is how you become an alpha. The government don't won't you strong they want you weak and dumbed down. Did you know they have been injecting estrogen into men's prisons when they get the tuberculosis vaccine? It's true look it up.

What was the sample? what was the duration? With what method they count lean muscle, for me it would have more meaning to be done to newbies or to guys that start a cycle, cause the average guy that trains for a long time, won't have much difference cause probably they won't have any gains left to be made especially if it is a short duration, we all plateau, so if they even didn't really have gains and gains were also measured with methods that doesn't give accurate measurements, what difference could be found? The truth is that protein with long time to absorb such as beef, probably won't have difference cause amino acid in bllod will be about the same but whet etc wich are for like 4-5hours, should have more frequent meals,

I think what happened is that people began to conflate muscle protein synthesis with hypertrophy and these are very different things. MPS is like dropping bricks off at the construction site. They could just as easily be picked up and moved to a different construction site (or thrown into the dumpster or used for something completely different (like energy. Hypertrophy is using the loose bricks to BUILD A WALL. It's something different. People became completely obsessed with MPS in the mid-2000s which was great for supplement companies.

I have stopped consuming frequency meals more than two meals per day while following IF. I hugely believe that eating meals multiple times spokes insulin and prevents fat burn by only utilising the glucose we take. When I moved to IF my body composition never changes and still was able to gain some decent muscles even by not adhering to the required protein requirement. All it comes to what works for you might not work for others so finding out what is best for you comes from trial and error.

yup yup. All is subjective, for me is working very well 5 meals per day 6am/9/12/3/6pm 2gr pro per kg, ratio of pro calories = fat calories, rest calories = carb with around 22-25kcal/kg. I dropped from 120kg to 100kg in 6months - 15%BF with 3 WO/week. Just worked for me if you bulky and tend to be stubborn fatty and nothing else work try this on my worked amazing.

I couldn't agree more on this! Now, in the past I have been more focused on -eating to live- vs -living to eat-, I might need to eat a little bit more so that way I am able to maintain my results once I get them as opposed to losing them over a short period due to the lack of good calories from the micro and macro nutrients I take in, if that makes sense.

Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realized that after I started following my first meal plan. I found it on Next Level Diet iirc. At first it was tough to eat an excessive amount of calories, but eventually I got used to it. Good diet is a game changer!

Great vid. Been using your workout templates for a while and really enjoy them. I do IF, and my post workout meal (wheatbix & low fat milk) gives me 6k kj-s & 76g protein. Easily digestible. The many meals routine I find depends on how easy the food is to digest. Cheers.
