If by good posture you mean standing upright with your shoulder, neck and lower back in a neutral position, then big compound exercises will not fix it.
Facepulls is a good exercise though and should be used to SUPPORT you and the real fix to bad posture, which is AWARENESS.
If you have bad posture, then you need your body to relearn its proper posture, and that takes awareness by correcting yourself over and over for a long period of time until good posture is the new normal for you.
In regards to some claims in this video: most people don-t need to strengthen the muscles to gain good posture, these muscles are rarely too weak to keep a good posture, but balance in your programs, in terms of push and pull is always recommended, whether you have bad posture or not.

Awesome stuff! Everyone can benefit from this and more often times than not, I don't do enough of these. From here on out, during my regular routine I will do a little less of these, when I take a step back from things, I will do more of these.

Good list, but usualy the forward spinal tilt occurs due to rhomboid weaknesses and seal rows would be a good addition to this good list.
