1 Forgotten Traps and Mid-Delt Workout for Mass Mizan: Good video, this movement is greatly over looked, we were always told that shoulder width puts emphasis on the traps, and a wider grip is for the medial and rear delts. I always had wrist problems with this movement thanks for the useful info man.

Never done this exercise! Gonna do it now. Haven't weightlifted in a while cuz of boxing but next month gonna get back on it! Let's see how fast I get my gains back.
