Cardio won't be boring today! such a fun calorie killer! I know you guys have a love-hate relation ship with my HIIT workouts. But I promise - this one is DIFFERENT: D Of course, it's high intensity. But it's sooo much fun at the same time, I don't notice that it's exhausting until the end. I tried to take the mood of Hey Mama of the Happy Dance Workout & extend it to an entire video. Hope you like it! by the way: NO JUMP SQUATS, NO HIGH KNEES, NO BURPEES Apart form the good mood & I can also guarantee a serious number of burned calories here. - I burned about 80kcal in those 12min (which is a lot for me, I'm a tiny human and I normally burn about 250kcal in a 1h session

I hate working out without music. Music gives me more encouragement. And this workout has been the best one so far. I mean, in other workouts, they keep on talking (no offence). I don't like that. I said I DONT LIKE that. I don't mean that the videos are bad. But Music + Workout = SO MUCH FUN!

sooo grateful for this workout! i couldn-t find any good full body workouts that made me sweat, and then i discovered this. i do this workout now every day. i have seen physical results and i have felt way stronger. thanks Pamela!

As someone who does workout 2-3 days a week to sometimes 7 days a week I spic it up don-t take break during Chloe-s workout then it helps and Pam is our queen again -

SO THRILLED about this workout! - by far my favorite HIIT routine ever.
It feels like a mix out of HIIT and a Dance workout. Have fun with it!

From doing 5 min of pamela reif workout each day to doing 3 4 different workout of herd in one time i come a long way
