A NEW Full Body Routine, to build strength and muscle -Werbung This routine is quite different from what we normally do. We will do the movements suuuuuper slow and controlled - to keep the tension as long as possible in the muscles & to build maximum strength. The burn is REAL. - No High Intensity, rather slooooow motion: )- Those 15min will be fun - you got this! No excuses guys! This method is called time under tension. We extend the eccentric phase of a movement (going down in a squat, lowering your body in a push up, hold for a second & go back to the starting position explosively. I will count you through the entire 15min haha: 1, 2, 3, 4 - hold - AND UP If you usually have troubles with feeling an exercise in the right place, you will probably have a better mind-muscle connection during this workout! No Equipment needed. No Rests. Not much space needed

I thought cloe ring workour was hard because its faster but this workout specially the nonstop squsatsmakes me feel like I'm becoming hulk -

guys don-t bend ur back like pamela when u do a push up! it-s rly. ad for your lower back so just stick to doing knee pushups x

missed one on 10 feb 2022.
14 feb today and been doing it since 7 feb.

What a great workout for in between my HIIT days. I added some weights during the squats. Super good!
