Feeling stiff or don't want to risk feeling stiff? if you train your muscles, you should also take some minutes to stretch them! I love to do it as a cool down after my workout! Those couple of extra minutes are really worth it - I promise: ) you don't only calm down your entire body and mind, but you also prevent injuries, make sure your body will recover quicker & stay smooth and flexible. This 8min Routine helps to to stretch your hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors and your beautiful booty. You can do this: - if you feel sore, the day after an intense Leg Day - on a daily basis - at the end of your workout session, to relax and cool down - to wake up in the morning, or - before you go to bed I learned to love stretching sooooo much! I didn't stretch regularly about a year ago. This also impacted by training, since my muscles were feeling stiff and sore for longer, I started getting pain in my knees, etc. Now, I really look forward to a short stretch after a session. It's so relaxing, the music calms me down and you will quickly see improvements: )

I normally do your workouts and I prefer the stretching vids from Anna mcnulty but that-s nice too but I-ll doing the stretchings from Anna in the future bec I-m more flexible but I love your vids too

so, my leg was in pain (I just injured my muscles somehow, without any workouts lol) and z video really helped! my body is so relaxed rn and I don't feel this pain anymore yaay: >

Day 1: I was already closer to touching my feet!
Day 2: Even closer! Heard a lot of cracks on my back and legs!
Day 3: FINALLY TOUCHED MY FEET!

Pamela, I'm going through a breakup, and came to stretch my legs, not my heart. Does anyone have a tissue? -crying with relaxed legs-

The one thing that all these videos have in common is their AWFUL music that is not in keeping with the purpose of the videos.

I didn't watch the video. I don't like that it's using sad music. Sad music is not the music to listen to while working out.

this made my heart beats more than cardio workout and made my muscle sore more than lower body workout I just did LOL
