Can-t get enough of this workout. Last May I was doing it everyday and never felt stronger core and abs than I did last summer.

I-ve been doing this for over a month now, and today I was able to finish it with a smile and walk away from my yoga mat like Pam does at the end. This won-t kill when you get stronger! Believe in yourself and you-ll get there!
