Struggling with the SIDES of your stomach? / I'm talking about that tiny bit of wobble that creates a fat roll if you put on a pair of skinny jeans. This workout trains your entire abs - but with focus on OBLIQUES! If you want to make this part stronger - take 10 minutes and give this workout a GO! no talking, just TRAIN: ) No Equipment or weights needed! The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I-m doing 30s for each exercise - NO REST IN BETWEEN. I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover. OMG OKAY SO before i think my waist is 29. 5 inches and i wanna try this along with lily sabris and chloe tings muffin top wprkout
DAY 1 - PAMELA YOU ARE A GODESS. i iterally coylnd't with those side planks they will be the death off me.

What does -muffin top workout- mean? This is not a workout that reduces your waist (burns fat. This is a muscle building workout which if anything makes your waist larger.

The exercises are very good but Pamela's videos are too fast. We never have time to change position and in my opinion it will be better if the rest time was included

It was so hard but she is so soso pretty and no changing face for hard bit so I could do it with joy so prettyxxx

I-m doing Pams workouts for one year now and I still have to say that this is her hardest video ever!
