Completely agree, I used to count calories like crazy and would always strive for less each day, but now I only eat wholesome foods and what my body needs, like lots of vegetables and fruits and balancing carbs, fats, and proteins and I've actually been able to loose unnecessary weight and get more lean!

I see this after I have been counting my calories -_- lol but I still don't really understand this whole working out and eating the right foods I was always skinny then I had my son and i was 100 pound when I had him and then after I gained weight and idk how to lose this stuff man this is really hard

Thank you. It really stresses me out to count macros. In a busy life with work and family not having enough time to count every and each kcal, is good to learn how to eyeball your food. Thanks again
