Do This Every Day For ARMS ( 100% Fast Results ) By Ivan Rusakov This video will be a good tutorial and program for those who want to make their hands bigger and more massive. My classic workout at home with dumbbells, which aims to develop all the muscles in the arms: biceps, triceps, shoulders and forearms To be more precise, all the information is indicated in the video on the number of sets, repetitions, rest time, anatomy of the working muscle groups in each individual exercise. This is designed to make this workout exercise program suitable for beginners. And do not forget that muscle growth directly depends on proper nutrition, and even more so for obtaining such quick results

Hi Ivan,
Few years back I had inguinal hernia and got repaired. I would like to workout to improve my fitness level, gain weight and be in good shape.
Request your advice on the below points.
1. What kind of exercises to be done that can strengthen the area near groin which can prevent the ocurance of hernia especially related to weight lifting.
2. What kind of exercises have the risk of causing hernia. Knowledge of this will help to avoid those excercises.
3. What abs workout can be done without the hernia risk.
It would be great if you can post a video in this regard so others can also be benefited.
Thanks.

Is it really hard to understand. high protein and hard sweaty graft with barbell curls, dumbbell curls, preacher curls, cable curls, narrow grip pull ups and pull down, dips, tricep extensions and any pressing builds triceps. Its truly not rocket science. But if you think you are going to get biceps and triceps without hard graft then forget it you are either being conned or conning yourself

This is definitely a decent warmup. Range of motion for most of these were a bit short. The chair kick back was creative. I guess. Not horrible for just a set of dumbbells though.
