Dear people, doing this kind of workout isn't better at nothing at all. There is no fastest way, the only thing you could do is to burn calories, doing thousands of crunches or spider Push-ups xD won't burn a lot of them. If you really want to get in shape all you need to do is eat less than you need and do excrises, best ones will be these wich with you burn maximum calories so it will be squats, pull-ups and weight lifting. (DOING ONLY ABS WORKOUT WONT MAKE YOU HAVE SIX PACK, you need to burn fat from full body it is impossible to loose fat only in one place of your body)

For those 300lb+ Americans, if you want just lose fat, you don't need to do this and you don't even need to do any work outs. You just control your diet. But what most fat do is, doing half hour cardio and then eat 2 double cheese burger and they feels good!

IF you wanna truly lose fat everyday, be in a calorie deficit
you can do these till youre blue in the face but if you're still overeating calories you won't lose a single lb of fat.

if you want to lose fat, you have to do aerobics excersices and eat healthy. no matter how much abs do you do, if you eat trash your abs never gonna show up.

Just a quick reminder that you cant target fat burn. This workout is great for abs, but when it comes down to it, this wont help you lose fat
