Okay sooooo I-m doing this for probably a month because I-m going to skate at a carnival soon and I want to look good so I-ll let you all know how it goes!
Day one: I couldn-t finish the whole thing because I was really tired; -; but it definitely feels like it-s working
Day two: couldn-t finish it again: / but it was tiring I can vaguely see some muscle jut under my chest tho! :D

I am tired and sore today but I did this workout and your 15 min fast walking workout today. I pushed myself to do it and glad that I did. I know I will sleep well tonight! I will be doing another one of your workouts tomorrow!

Great workout! Beginner but intense. My only issue was I couldn-t hear the timer go off at the end of each exercise or the countdown to stop so it was kinda distracting. Thanks again Jo

Is this workout just for the stomach? Does anyone think you can lose weight in other places by doing this workout? Or will this only target the stomach/love handles area?
