This really did work our upper body, especially the arms. Thanks. EDIT: I'm still feeling this workout through the evening/night. This is an excellent workout for women in all age groups (especially older women) because you are hitting different parts of your body that you may not have hit before & not necessarily putting a strain on other parts of the body, i. e. knees.
