I-m out of school for conferences for 5 days so im gonna be doing this + one other random workout of hers to see how much weight I can lose within these 5 days. I-ll also be fasting from 9-5!

I was intending to do this as a warm-up for another workout, but man, this was a workout all on its own. It made me sweat, it made me work, but I didn't want to stop until the end. Your natural, beautiful smile and energy gave me the encouragement to keep going. Thank you Jo, for your fantastic videos!

Working out has become SO difficult after having kids, and this is the first workout I've been able to get through without feeling negatively about my body or my altered abilities post-babies. And I actually broke a real sweat! Thank you so so much for this! Will be going through all the workouts!

I-m new. My daughter introduced me to grow with Jo and this is actually something I can do and enjoy. I stick with the short videos FOR NOW. I-m excited. Hope the Starbucks screenshot still works for me. If not it-s ok-. I love this series.

I love doing your videos but when the moves aren-t always on the beat, I hate it LOL! Some are on and some are off, the inconsistencies are killin me! Lol! Blame it on the fact that I-m a professional musician lol! Great workout anyhow!

I'm still struggling really hard with just the sight of my body, your workouts leave me red in the face and heaving for air but when it's all over I feel like I'm just a step closer to having the body I want

I am doing these exercises (growithjo) but I have been doing them in the evening as having 2 young children it's the best time for me to do them, does it matter what time of the day you do the exercise?
