Mobility, legs & calves - backyard workouts #9 - Buff Dudes RangerOn2Wheels: I have that exact same nerve problem you mentioned Hudson! I have had it for months! I went doctor and he gave me anti inflammation tabs which worked. But once off of them it came back for a few days, and now that pain only comes once in a while. Since stretching before each workout though it has got better. Doc also said to not stop exercising, he just said I must stretch each time and try lift lighter weights, cause I might be going too heavy with presses etc which results in too much arching the back or other bad form.

Hi Buff Dudes, another great video: )
Can i ask, do you squat alot? Like squat sitting position, if you know, what i mean.
Its the main position for our body and its much healthier than sittin on chair. your lower back relaxes and your stretchs your knees.
Squatting is the essential

I wonder if the single leg Romanian deadlift can be modified to prevent that back leg from swinging. If you propped the back leg against a platform, like a Bulgarian squat, you can really isolate the posterior because you cut out the momentum assistance from the swinging back leg.

Buff dudes! I did a dead lift and I'm sure I did it correctly because I was getting instructions on how to do it from a personal trainer, the next morning I felt like my spinal cord was gonna burst out of my body. I wormed up before too. What's the problem?

Nice video. When you doing the front squat 4 sets 12, 10, 8, 6 reps, you just adding weight each set? how much weight I should add and why work this way but not the same reps each set?
