Have big question for you dudes. Honestly do you prefer full body days for mass, or single body part split. Because I have been doing a lot of research and still find contradicting reports.

I prefer working out outdoors than indoors, I think it just makes you mentally tougher. I'm in Chicago and I'm jealous you get to workout outdoors!

I don't know what you guys think, but I I think playing thrash metal(Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax etc) really helps with forearms
