I'll draw the line at showing my Wednesday morning active adults class the bent over head press, nor praying mantis push-ups. They're always eager for new challenges and would try anything I told them to, but they're all 60 yo and over. So I'll dish it out to my active sculpt class (all ages) that follows; )

I used to workout regularly and used to be bigger, but lost a lot of weight, trying to get back to it, I found that I actually need to hit the gym for a while even before I do these body weight exercises because they are that hard!

Good moves & tutorials. l Like the look of that left-right bench dip it's all about switching & stretching it out & shocking your body Fatigue with new moves on a regular basis.

hey men I have just one question hope you can answer, can i get buff by working just bodyweight? I mean I dont have no money for gym or dumbbells or anything like that

So I tried the praying mantis, and it put some real stress on my elbows. Is this something I should be wary of or is it just that I need to get stronger to do them first?

so the diamond/ praying mattis push ups if you are not strong enough to do it regularly would it be okay to do it from the knees
