Hey Buff Dudes,
I have a question about exercise in general. Im sure most people are in my position where you work most week days morning till night and have to commute to and from the office etc, and that takes up a lot of time. So do you recommend a morning work out or an evening? also when is best to eat? If people have to leave for work at around 7: 30 am then is it best to get a 5 o'clock alarm in so you can make breakfast, eat, digest and get a decent hours routine in before shower and travel? or should we be eating a flap jack or something with a coffee on the car journey home then heading for a work out. Thanks guys

Hey Buff Dudes, greetings from Winnipeg! I was just wondering if you guys have any suggestions for variations of the -DECK of Cards- workout? I drive a honey wagon 10 to 12 hrs a day and using the cards makes it easy to get a fast workout and a good pump no matter what my schedule is. I have been doing 2 push exercises and 2 pull exercises using the jokers for kettlebell swings or planking. Love your vids, they have helped me a lot!

nice video but one form correction. when doing the pike pushups you let your elbows flare which is a big no no for your shoulder health. you need to keep them tucked just like u would with a bench press
this goes for all handstand movements

Y'know, with the Summer Olympics coming up, you should do an Olympic events series. Obviously Olympic powerlifting, but you two should also experiment with as many other Olympic athletics as you can as well.

Can someone help me, when i do the lyt exercise (in the l part) i feel and hear my bones moving but only the right side
Am i doing something wrong? What can i do to correct this?

And after that, i think you should do a serie about barbell workout only

I concur with those seeking full body and explosive routines, but I'd also like to see a backyard strongman series from you guys as well.
