I was wondering about calorie balance. Is it ideal to divide evenly the calories for the day into three meals should they be heavier in the morning or at lunch etc? Would a 2-3 mile run in the morning and a Buff Dude leg day be too much for the legs? Also, how would you suggest a soldier get buff doing body weight exercises when no gym is present?

Nice place, curious for the Bulking plan.
Wondering if you guys can make a nice muscle anatomy chart poster in PDF.
I watched the Anatomy of a BUFF DUDE with pleasure,
and there where some nice drawings of the front and back muscle groups.
And keep making those nice video's

Gotta admit man. 2300-2400 cals per day sounds REALLY low. Especially if you're weight training and getting cardio/general activity on top of that at least 3x p/wk or more. Shouldn't the ultimate goal be to cut on the most amount of cals possible? Your BMR has to be well over 2000 p/day alone.

I could hear -Hearts on Fire- raging in the background (yeah, yeah copyright. Pro tip: if you're ever having trouble with the overhead press, on your last rep, yelling out, -DRAAAAAAGOOOOO! - usually helps get the job done.

For the bulking book, 10-15 minute videos would be perfect!
I'm not sure about everyone else, but I'm definitely following along,
And sitting and watching half an hour videos every single day, seems like a task.

Use a heat gun for starting a fire you will be shocked how well it works. once up to temp the flames just about explode everywhere even with poorly prepared or wood that is not full dried.

Just curious, what it the big deal about Broccoli? It seems to be the go-to food for anyone working out, but I don't see anything special about the nutritional information.

As much as I like working out in a controlled environment like a gym, nothing beats real-world exercise like walking through a blizzard and chopping firewood.

Haha I live in Kentucky and we burn wood in our house and I've been busting wood since I was around 9 or 10 that'll make so stout
