we're going to go over some good mobility and stretching to help with strength and to perform exercises like Deadlifts better. Michael: Yep 46 here and not been able to touch my toes for years mobility has gone down drastically was thinking about getting foam roller I will start off with these exercises first thanks for this ( bet you didn't know you had such a old audience) do you have any plans for a video on foam rollers for mature people lol

Dudes, great thing! I am 31 now but each year it takes me more and more time to warm up and to be ready to kill zombies during the day (and singing opera arias in between. Knowing if something is safe and healthy after 40 and it improves flexibility and mobility is more than needed!

This applies to people under 40 as well. Sitting at a desk all day every day and the tightness and lack of mobility will really creep up on you. Great tips here for loosening up and warming up for lower body lifts. Plus always glad to see DIY Duke aka Buff Dad!

love that you guys are making these videos, just watching the video's gives me motivation to do more and more, as for an over 40 hell do em all! :) Im 40 and would love to be seeing more and more videos like these as well as your other ones!

I am 48 and been looking for this sort of video for ages and come up empty-handed apart from the ones trying to sell you something. So in my opinion, you should definitely do more videos like this one and fill the gap in the market.

3: 50 tip I learned about the other day: if you squeeze your glutes here, you can feel it more. (Duke would feel it where his right thigh connects with his hip.
