I want to start doing deadlifts but I still feel a little insecure at the gym. I probably have to do it with just the bar and no extra weights.

thats the wrong way man shouldve told him to lower only his hips not his knees and keep the bar close to your body and drop it down in a straight line that way the bar always goes perfectly straight

Just a suggestion: get him to turn away from the mirror. He completely forgot about neutral alignment with his head after the first half of a rep and was watching himself in the mirror.

Gym folks, help needed. starting out with deadlifts, how much weights should I load up. and how fast and when should I increase my weights for progressive overload. I am 60kg 5'6''.

He-s gonna hurt his back if he continues this. The bar must keep in contact with the legs. He is lifting the bar away from his legs when he descends.
