Buff buddies - teen beginners bulking plan - p2d3 - Buff Dudes Sorenkhanizio: love the series and the fact that luis confidence is rising, but please cut the pointless exercises, the dude is still a beginner and learning how to utilize mind muscle connection, that high pull probably isnt doing anything other than tiring him out or putting pressure on his traps or wrists, along with a few other exercises in your previous episodes. why dont you just have him do the most basic exercises for every single muscle group until the kid learns how the muscles work? olympic champions used to practice with pvc pipes for a goddamn year before they were even allowed to touch barbells.

I kinda doubt 3500 is enough for him to bulk. He's what, 6'2 at 17? Plays sports and works out? Still growing? I'm 5'8 23 years old just lift weights and my TDEE is like 3200 lol.

on the dreaded leg days is it good that I can't walk properly for 3 days afterwards? the rest of my body is in no way near that much pain when I do chest or back days

Is there any rest days between these workout days or 3 consecutive of exercise and then rest of 4 days? And one more question, how to fill the 1 REP Max Calculator?

How do you bulk and not feel bloated and fat all the time? When I was trying to bulk I ate clean foods and a lot of them but I always felt super bloated afterwards.
