I didn't know about starting him on bridges with such a heavy weight for a newbie like little Big Louie. Bridges aren't easy to do. But hat off for showing what can happen BD's. He will need to concentrate on doing that mobility work longer before workouts atm. Go lighter weight and build up his bridge weight - he'll be there no time =)

I really like this series. How bad is it i'm forty years older than louis but he's probably a level up on me. I'm trying to get shaped up after a twenty illness. Keep the faith.

Is there any rest days between these workout days or 3 consecutive of exercise and then rest of 4 days? And one more question, how to fill the 1 REP Max Calculator?

Buff dudes, should you take a set rest time or should you just go again when you feel ready?

Please please please please please emphasize not to BUCKLE when doing leg presses.
Big Luis might be small luis if he keeps buckling when going heavy.

Every time this kid locks out during the leg press I cringe it looks like his leg is gonna snap---
He's gonna start having knee pains
