Buff bros - teen beginners bulking plan - p5d4 - Buff Dudes J-Swole: some bulking foods I would say are chicken breasts, pasta, oats. also I got some serious mass weight gainer before. maybe try that. but don't just depend on it. need to be getting as much food as possible, just chug a weight gainer shake before u go to bed. and be careful about what kind you get.

such bad form on the squats. stance is too wide and his knees are moving inwards while pushing the weight back up. Why don't they correct his form?

Best food for clean gaining? extra lean ground chicken / turkey, mix with scrambled eggs, add a bit of cheese and as much salsa as you want.
