Preworkout overload - teen beginners bulking plan - p5d3 - Buff Dudes Alex: Just an idea but maybe try and place your hand on the muscles he's trying to work in each given exercise to help him concentrate on that muscle and also explaining to him to try and create inter-muscular tension as in consciously squeezing and stretching etc, great video tho!

Why do you have him doing so many variations/accessory lifts? A first year lifter can make incredible gains with just the 4 big movements, and a variation of that movement (Ex. Deadlifts & stiff-leggeds, back & front squat, strict & push press, and bench and close grip)

don't understand why people train early morning when your tied still and have little motivation, I much prefer training at night when my body is warm and mind and body alert, I'm way stronger and heaps more energy
