The final week - teen beginners bulking plan - p6d1 - Buff Dudes sport: For everyone asking why Louis hasn't gotten any bigger, it's because he doesn't eat enough. He has said himself in plenty of videos, he told Brandon so many times that he didn't eat breakfast or no pre workout or had junk food etc. That is the real reason why he isn't making gains, not the program. I can vouch for this as in my first year of lifting I made very little gains, and thanks to my brother who has been lifting for 3 years, I found out it was because I was eating junk and wasn't eating enough or eating good food. Remember, the gym is 20% and the kitchen is 80%. You make all your gains in the kitchen not the gym. Get your diet right Louis and soon you will become a BUFF DUDE! Don't give up man!

My favourite athlete is Lionel messi. Despite his slow footwork, he has an impressive physique which he clearly spends many days of the week in the gym working on. I love the way his his arms are so ridged yet so smooth to the touch. A magnificent stature of a man and I think he should give up football and enter mr universe if I'm honest. Cheers for your time

Question for Buff dudes or someone who has been successful in getting -big-. I have a little bit of fat not to much, but a little. my question is should I just work on getting stronger and let it come by itself or do I need to burn fat first?

Lots of people saying he hasn't changed at all. Go back and side by side compare his arms from day 1 to this video. It's a small improvement, but it is there. Louis is a small dude, and it's going to take some time. Give him a break!

he rest to much while trying to do his set he dpes 5 then stops then does another and stops. he would grow twice as fast if he lightend the weighted and kept the muscle under constant tension
