This was excellent but in general is it better to do a leg day a back day or just do full body workout and is this a fallow along very new to all this and I am not a spring chicken any more I have so many? I don't know we're to start any one know a good book about mobility strength flexibility I can't afford to do a program any info would be appreciated

Btw when I go train at certain places I get people coming up to me asking me how I do this or that. Like Chinese push ups. So I'm no slouch when I'm about it. But I've seen this woman right here do a couple maneuvers that put me on my ass. Shes badass. Thanks again

Love these. Super hard for me, but I-m excited to improve. Any ideas on how video could be slowed down so I can keep up? Like 1/2 speed.
