Would you ever make a video of the gym and the equipment you're working with? Including the bands and the ropes and the carpet and the wood on the wall and the weights? Just so some of us that want to build a home gym can know what's the most important. You don't even have to name the brand. Just something like -if you want to build a home gym, these are the things you should have-.

Is your day job always wondering where you-ve snuck off to (-She might be in the gym, or is this your day job! -
I have a physical day job, practice yoga, squeeze in rehab exercises, then flake on the couch to watch Redefining Strength. -

Thank you! I had a personal trainer who taught me the importance of anti rotation core exercises, but I was having a hard time remembering them since I moved! There-s were also a lot of new ones! These are so much better on my back and don-t cause me unnecessary pain

Nice but the industry needs to rename anti-rotation, core and functional training. They are misnomers. In any pattern rotation is modulated for leverage. You need it! How about ROTATION MODULATION EXERCISES?

Question on the trx anti-rotational press, for that one you want to move the band/grip away from you? Not move yourself away?
