Oh wait im supposed to be able to follow along? Big fail!
How about showing some less most hated cardio moves!
Beginners can t take extra rest? THIS IS WAY too CHALLENGING to be a beginners workout!

I keep coming back to this video whenever I need an easy-to-follow 20ish minute workout with a motivational voice cheering me on through the burn. You're a great coach - thanks for the training!

I always missed the sweating cardio aspect of core training. These times are now definitely over: I finished the workout with half of your speed but twice your sweat instead: -)
