I didn't have a yoga ball I Used college textbooks, but this really hurt my shoulders. I tried repositioning myself and moving my legs loser and further away but nothing seemed to help. It was an uncomfortable pain, not a good pain so I stopped. Any ideas on what is causing the pain? Anyway I can target my triceps minus the dips like this? Maybe triceps dips using a chair?

You are correct. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well.
And the surprising part is my friend who is not doing much excercises, maintaining his six pack with this secret food items.

Honestly, since you're 12, you have your whole life to burn it off if it matters that much to you. I had a tiny bit of a stomach at the start of June and I did Tuesday's Ab day on the June calendar, and it's gone! Don't worry about it though.

another thing that works really great as a yoga block substitute, if you still have one, is a (mine is 250 capacity) because you don't have to worry about it slipping around like a pile of books: )

this exercise with the yoga block, it really hurts im my arm, but not the good kind of pain but that kind of pain that tells you something is wrong: / any tipps how i can still target these muscles?

If you wanted to continue with a dip you could try on a chair or just with your hands on the floor. Otherwise try a tricep exercise with weights, like a row or tricep extension.

are we supposed to do the second part? saturdays we work on our arms and abs, the second part to this video involves abs. i'd appreciate it if someone answered this. :) #JuneOnFire
