After following BodyRock pre Lisa M and Zuzka now it is SOO nice to see her relaxed. So much so where it doesn't feel manufactured like BodyRock now. The site is beyond confusing (whyy can't i just get to ALL the frikkin workouts easily? That user interface is a clusterfucc if I've ever seen one. I really like how user friendly Zuzkalight. com is.

I did this and the beach abs and glutes video last night. I'm so sore today. I LOVE your videos. I swear by them. always telling people about your page when people ask how I get lean. you my dear are amazing. thank you for the help in transforming my body and the way I work out.

I've done this workout several times and I like it a lot, but I can never seem to understand the reverse squats. I don't know if I am doing it properly to target the right muscles, feels like a back injury waiting to happen and I can't seem to get it in my legs or glutes.

Thank you Zuzka! I used two 5 lb dumbbells and kept up with you most of the way. Great Cardio and my thighs are burning and tingling. Have a wonderful day! See you tomorrow: )

Muscles need the genetic tendency to grow bigger, of course doing a butt routine is better than not doing anything at all, I need to get motivated to get back into it

doing the reverse squats hurt my lower back for some reason. so i only did it half of the time and subbed it for weighted squats for the other half of the time.

Great workout! It's already helped me up my cardio game. Have to work through a minor injury and some posture issues, will add weight as needed!
