POP Pilates for Beginners - Total Body Workout - Blogilates Lisa: To everyone starting, I did the beginner 2. 0 calendar and couldn't get past day 14 cause it was getting too hard, so I started on day 1 again (I also took way more break days, I worked out around every other day. Believe me, my form has gotten so much better that day 1 wasn't easy but I was able to do everything without quitting! If I can do this, you can do this too. And if the calendar gets too hard, just start over again. I will continue this cycle until I can finish the calendar.

I did pilates for a bit pre-pandemic through the university I attended. I was excited when I recognized all of these moves. I don't remember pilates being as hard as it was for me tonight, buuuuuuut I'm super out of shape and about 30-40 lbs heavier than I was when I did pilates before. I'm also having a tough time keeping my core engaged during moves, but I'm sure that will come with practice!

Who is here in 2021? Cassey - I have been doing your videos for about 5 years now. And I am fairly fit, but have a very labourous job as an Engineer in training. However, this work out still hurt and I still struggle after all these yearS! HAHA I am shocked that this is a beginner series. But this is my favorite go-to video which always leaves me feeling great! Thanks Cassey, you are phenomenal!

Going to begin daily fitness with my daughters using this video. Daily walks and running/climbing around are good, but they have few other forms of muscle development and fitness. When they were toddlers and this video was new I regularly used your videos. But now I need to give my children the inheritance of a habit to cherish and care for their bodies through daily exercise. Thank you.

To think that beginners could actually do what this woman does with the ease she does some of these moves, is ridiculous. She has obviously been doing this for years. So as someone who has done Pilates for years, my advice is to try a much simpler class first. No beginner could throw his or her leg this high without weeks of effort, so don't even try. You will hurt your lower back.

You are strong! No, no I am not, but one day I will be this is already easier then it was the last time, in a week or two with determination I will be able to complete this video fully without rest! But until then the only strong I truly am is strong willed! But the amount I feel my muscles working in this video is amazing! The burn hurts but it is nice to feel it working

Oh God. I'm doing this for strength and flexibility cuz I'm clearly way too skinny, like underweight skinny and I don't want to look like a skeleton anymore. Jeez. It is soooo tough for first time cuz like 7 mins in and I cannot breathe, rn I'm 17 mins in and those leg circles make me feel like my leg will fall off but motivation guys, don't give up.

I always have trouble keeping up so I thought even though this was an older vid I'd try it first. So glad I did. Half way through I started giving up but told myself if I had made it half way I could do the other half as well. Such a boost in confidence plus her/you cheering along made me feel like I actually could

Day 1 of the beginner workout challenge tomorrow Tuesday Ab time.
P. s my right leg calves were burning during those leg circles note Im a lefty and I did my left leg first. It was so bad that I did more leg circles to make up for the lack of leg circles that I did during the workout

Shoutout to all the fellow mermen! Those tiny circles were starting to kill my side when it was the other's turn XD. checks his chest yeh lets say those are growing beautiful chests. Damn stress eating can be a bit tricky in this time and age for a student. 26 days to go
