I started the March Makeover last night too and i died like 15 times lol
i had to pause the video like every 5 mins or so to catch my breath
i did 4 of the training halfway through each XD
so it's OK if you don't complete them if u push urself too hard you'll get cramps
one day we'll be able to do the whole training, one day -_-!

I'm doing the March Makeover and I started today, but I'm a absolute beginner. I just completed 3 of the 6 'workouts' but I really can't do the other 3. I'm also tired. Do you think it's no problem when I start the first 5 days without completing every workout?

You might have to kind of slightly curve your back. it might feel weird at first, but in order to have proper form you shouldn't be able to touch your hands beneath your lower back when you're lying down. It helps to pull your abs in too.

I tried to balance a book on my legs instead of the cube and when I tried to lift my tailbone my legs lifted up and the book slided right into my THROAT LOL
I was laughing so hard my I awoke my brother cuz I train late at night lol
