Bikini Blaster 2: Sexy Legs Workout Part 2 - Blogilates Mnica: I feel anxiety when I do calf raises somehow it is gross to me I can't stand it! It's like a phobia I have or something, I feel sick and very weak. Ialready have trypophobia and when I do calf raises I feel the same. Can some one help me explain this! :'( I feel so sick! I had to stop the workout and not even because I was tired, it was just a combination of anxiety, weakness, fear with a very vulnerable feeling I was in panic. HELP

She looks sooo fit in this video! I would say this is goals, but I'm pretty sure it is from her unhealthy amount of exercise period working up to the body building/bikini contest. Even though she doesn't have as defined muscles anymore she is so much more healthy now than when this video came out!

Hey guys! I just really need an answer so hope you help me out!
I'm currently doing this moths calendar, and I'm wondering when Cassey always says to do cardio to melt the fat from on top of your muscles, so do i have to do extra cardio on top of the calendar or is this the calendar enough?

For some reason during the last set of calf raises, my outer foot (does that make sense) started throbbing really badly. It hurt so much I had to grab onto a chair in order to finish. Am I positioning myself wrong or is this something to do with strength? Thanks so much!

To those of you that don't know if it's fat or muscle on your legs; What about pointing your toes and feel if it's hard? If it's hard, it's a muscle. I doubt it's fat anyway (unless you are huge, it's not normal to carry alot of fat on the downside of your knee.

Her videos always have far too much white light in them. There is an over saturation of glare that makes it really annoying to watch. If you have sensitive eyes, her videos almost blind you. She should find someone who actually knows how to edit properly.
