Hi guys, have a question for u. I run 4-5 days x 45 mins/ a week, but JUST OVER THE WEEKEND i can gain up to 2kgs. I try to avoid carbs and eliminate carbs in the evening. Whats the reason for weight gain just over 2 days? Its really discouraging. I tend to gain weight very quick, not very hard to lose (not saying its easy.
I tried pilates instruction of yours today. They were awesome! The breathing is still a bit of a trouble, but im looking forward to improve it! thanks so much!

You are right. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly.

This last one for the day completely kicked my butt! It was really difficult for me but I didn't quit. A lot of pauses but I didn't quit. I'm finished for the day and hopefully tomorrow will be easier but I doubt it. But yay for Sweatember! (:

THIS IS INSANE! LOVE IT! But I'm unable to get into some movies - like the tricep dips - because my arms are too short? And other moves cause my boobs are in the way? Is that normal or am I just nuts. thanks Cassey!
