How do you make pizza that's healthy for you and only 77 cals a slice? For the Flourless Pizza Recipe + directions, click here Andrea: Made it (with ham because I'm not vegan and my entire being refuses to ever accept and/or become vegan. 50% of me thought it tasted OK. the rest of me hated it. It tastes like baked salad, which I guess is fine if you like your salad baked. All I know for certain is that my tummy is very much unhappy with me right now.
I'll stick to real pizza because it's better pizza. At least real pizza accepts itself. You have to literally add so many things to mask the overpowering cauliflower taste to even come close to making it taste like legit pizza.
This wasn't and will never be pizza, imo.

OMG I loved this. I offered some to my sister and she said, But that's so unhealthy
Me: It's 77 calories per slice
Sister: GIVE IT TO ME.
Also I would highly reccomend doubling the amount of cauliflower and using two eggs (I used 1 egg and 2 real egg whites to cut down on the fat and cholesterol) because 1 cup of cauliflower just does not make enough crust. Also, to cut off 140 to 220 calories, I used fat free cheese from Walmart. (45 calories per serving) Doing all this, my pizza only had 490 calories!

I made this today, it was smaller than your pizza, but it tasted really good! Even though I almost burn the house because I put cauliflower crust
in the microwave for 8 mins. _. Later, I have to do again and put in the microwave for 2 mins, and it's turned out great! Thank you btw! I love all your recipes, hope you can make more

Sooo, I tried this today and I have to say I didn't like the cauliflower taste at all: ( Now don't get me wrong, I do like cauliflower but this was way too much. I couldn't even taste the topping of my pizza cause everything just smelled and tasted like cauliflower: /

i love cassie, most people would have edited out the fact that she put her hands in the boiling hot bowl of cauliflour and tell us to do it the correct way, but instead she kept it in which shows her realness. i dno it just stood out to me.

At least it has a lot of veggies? Calories/carbs aren't the problem here, it's where they're coming from. Obviously it would be healthier to eat a vegan pizza than to eat a pizza with meat and cheese. :P The crust isn't the problem.

is there some other ingredient u can use besides cauliflower? Because im not a fan of it AT ALL. can anyone tell what else u can use? i know this is flourless pizza but is there anything else i can make the dough out of?

Okay, so here's the thing. Cassey is adorable, sweet, uncommonly altruistic, and smart. But all of that is overshadowed by how incredibly weird she is, and THAT's why I love her.
Stay weird, Cassey. Stay weird.

Hi Cassie I just have to say I love your videos! I have made this recipe twice but I'm failing on getting the crust right. it comes out very soft is there anything else I can do to have a crunchy crust? thank you

AWESOME RECIPE! Tried it today! Really good, definitely should have used more cauliflower- kind of a trial and error thing! Definitely more satisfying than regular pizza knowing you can consume the entire thing! :)
