Transform your body with me in June! - Blogilates LadybirdandClover: So please just eat clean, by eating 5 or 6 small meals a day lots of vegetable and fruit no or ONE piece of sweet per day. And exercise how you are already doing and you will see changes. And keep in mind that when you are on a diet like that, you will have to be on that all your life, because the main problem hasnt solved itself, the problem of unhealthy eating and self-hate. And you will learn to love yourself, because everybody knows exercise gives you endorphins and endorphins make you happy.

popilates are more to get fit, tone, and increase muscle mass not to loose weight! so its fine that you didnt loose a pound, the fat that you were trying to loose probably turned into muscle, which by the way is smaller than fat like for example if you had 5 pounds of fat over your belly, you would have a muffin top and some jelly rolls, but if you had 5 pounds of muscle over your belly you would have some pretty nice abs going on! just keep at what youre doing! youre getting fit and healthy! :)

If you're eating right and mixing cardio with strength training you're gonna lose the body fat but put on muscle. If you're doing all your eating and everything right, and realize you're gaining weight. It's probably muscle. Take measurements before and after, also periodically throughout the month. I was freaking out at first when i started gaining weight, but i realized it was muscle i was gaining not fat. Very different. If you don't want to gain muscle don't do as much strength training.

Let me just say this right now. I love the fact that you've gained a little weight. It let's me know that you're human, too. I also put a bit of weight back on in the past few weeks from the stress of everything going on in my life right now. I started to get really down about it, and I mean REALLY depressed. Then I saw your blogilates posts and everything and it made me feel TONS better. It's nice to know that even you go through rough patches. Thanks for sharing this: )

Well not exactly. Lots of people use dietbet. and the money is split equally between all the people who succeed in losing weight. So if you do lose weight, you either get ur money back or more than that. Its more of a motivating factor than a money making thing. Plus, lots of people ( like me) dont have 25 dollars to bet, so are doing the whole challenge without the bet. You can do that too! Its not a compulsion!

Been religiously following the calendar since end of january, eating clean 80% of the time but haven't lost a pound. Actually i put on 2lbs gosh, hope it's muscle weight rather than fat. So yeah, i'm more than ready for the june calendar, hopefully some of the excess pounds will actually drop off this month haha! Let's do this, June here we come!

I personally don't think you need to lose weight as you are healthy and beautiful however it is your body and you have every right to do what you want with it. As long as you take care of yourself and stay healthy, i. e. not starve yourself, etc. then it's cool and I shall hopefully go on this joirney with you. :)

Hi Cassey! Would you also be able to tell people how Diet. Bets works? Like how you have to have a credit card/PayPal account, that you are charged $2 to collect any winnings under $100 and what happens if you're injured and can't participate after you've signed up? I'm so excited to do this with y'all: )

bring it on! The workouts and healthy foods, I mean. I can't buy any dollars in this amazing country I live in. and wouldn't have money to bet, all the same. but still I pray that I can make room in my busy day for working out and transforming my body. I'm sooo taking life by the horns! haha

That could be because you're not eating enough calories. your body 'keeps' everything that comes in (like stocking up) because it's not getting enough food and vitamins & stuff. If you don't eat more than 2000 cal. per day your fine! Look at the sartuated fats and that sort of stuff.
