Hey Cassey! I am definetely not a meal prep type of person, I prefer to have some prepared recipes to try and a book of my fav recipes to choose from for any situation because often life goes out of control! Can you by the way please make some tips for recipes for husband-wife who are living a healthy lifestyle! And can you sometimes do not only vegan but regular recipes with dairy and stuff like that, because I am not fond of vegan non-gluten theme. xo

The turkey and green beans was so good! Thank you for helping me discover coconut aminos! I will be using that in a lot of my future recipes. The asian lettuce wraps were super nasty. The turkey and eggs are ok but not the best. The zoodles are also ok but not the best. Thank you for helping me discover nutritional yeast. It is really good! The stuffed sweet potato was okay as well. Thank you for teaching me how to steam a potato in the microwave though.

if youre vegan substitute the non-vegan things with the vegan alternatives, theres tons on the market. if you want carbs add pastas and rices. she said this isnt for a diet this is just to try healthier foods. this also isnt all youd eat for a week or two, this is things to try. stop complaining and actually take a moment to think about how shes not making it for YOU shes making it for anyone who wants to eat it

Its true! I stopped eating dairy about 3 months ago. And my skin is starting to clear up! Keep in mind I had cystic acne that was sore ALL the time and it was multiplying by the day. Within a week it had stopped spreading to other parts of my face. To this day I still get some breakouts but they dont last more than a week. (before it took months for a breakout to go away conpletley) So try giving up dairy!

I have been wanting to do meal prep for along time. I'm going to start soon. Some of these food I have to substitute or make my own. Like the marinara sauce. I can't have tomatoes. They give me acid reflux. Strong herbs bother me as well. I will have to use a little. When I do the meal prep. I hope I don't lose any weight. I don't need to. Just want to eat healthy and save time not cooking all the time.

If you have special diets that's totally cool but just like you, Cassey has her own diet that works for her body. No reason that she'd need to cater to every single variation. With just a little creativity and thinking for yourself, you can make these recipes fit whatever lifestyle you want! Good luck and I hope you enjoy your original and delicious creations.

My nutrition requirements needed carbs so all i did was added beans and rice to some of these recipes: D I thought the simplicity will make it taste bland but it didn't! It's so easy and convenient for me who just started meal-prepping and cooking with macros and calories in consideration. Thanks cassie!

blogilates I need to understand something please is the 28 day reset a paleo diet or what. it looks alike but some stuff are different like for example in the 28 day reset what kind of sugar can we use?

Can anyone tell me roughly what volume (cups) of cooked turkey goes into each serve?
I know its 3-4 oz, but want a cheat/easy way to divide it up for individual meals when I make a large batch in one go (and dont have a set of scales handy.

The vegan people ugh, I know we are free to comment but stop pushing your ideas on others. You are behaving just like a sect and that is dislikable and also learn to respect people and their choices. She eats what she wants!
