Dear Future Grass,
this video is no joke. I say that a lot when I'm doing Cassey's videos but I mean it. I really do.
When I started the last move, I was like, this isn't hard, thanks for the break Cassey! But 2 seconds later I was like: 0
This video has proven to me that you don't need weights or pushups to make your arms hate you!
I was also surprised when I saw that Cassey included no prayer pulses. I was like woah, is this even a Blogilates arm video?
But, I did it all! No stopping! No quitting! Popsters are strong people who don't quit when things get hard!

day 26 - this time last week i wanted to give up. i was weak, i could hardly do the workout at all. but i also knew that i wouldn't get stronger if i just quit when the going got rough. i also knew i was so close to the end i needed to go all the way or id regret it. i'm so glad i pushed through, this week was much better for me, i felt good at the end of it!
so to anyone who's keeping up with my comments, you got through too! i'm so proud of you. let's get stronger together, okay?

Ok, now I have been doing this workout for about 2 weeks and I really feel that my arms are tighter now as compared to before, but I will continue to do this workout for about a month and I will keep you guys updated regarding my arm progress, so yeah lets hope for the best, and thank you soo much Cassie for these amazing arm workouts, I really love them all.

Also, I just wanna say - Don't fight the pain, embrace it: When you fight it, you only feel the pain. When you embrace it you are asking for the pain so you feel confident about yourself and can believe that you can do it. (Idk how I typed all this because my arms are actually shivering lol)

Day 22 of the Beginner's Calendar and the second video is complete. I cannot believe how Cassey can make these arm workout so painful without even using weights. Her arm workouts really make my arms feel like wet noodles. Maybe one day I'll be able to do one of these videos with weights.

Had to take many breaks, but I can feel my upper back getting firmer and I can feel my shoulder muscles taking shape! Thanks for challenging me, Cassey. I especially love weightless arm moves.

i made it through the first time but maybe its bcoz i m currently doing beginners calendar and its my last week so my arms got stronger. love u cassey for making me this hard core and strong

I really prefer your workouts where you give the time. Especially when you have moves where there is no break in between, it is better if you know what is coming and what the duration is.

That combo of golf balls then peek-a-boos had my biceps and shoulders burnin' I had to take a break when we hit back behinds. But I'll be back in a minute to finish the last 2 moves!
