NO BREAKS IN THIS VIDEO! Beginners Calendar 2020 and I ONLY TOOK 1 BREAK TODAY! Those toe raised pliae squats on the first Day 14 video killed me, so I took a break at the 1 minute mark for 30 seconds or so during that bit, then continued. I did this whole video with NO BREAKS! First time i've done that! :D So happy! I can definitely feel myself getting stronger, and my body is adjusting. Nowhere NEAR as hungry, which is good. Minus the last couple of days, i'm actually waking up wanting to work out. Which is good. :) I don't feel like my day has really started until i've worked out. A massive change! This is the furthest i've gone with any workout, so i'm pretty pleased with myself. Now that my HR has come back down, i'm actually going to finish this video with the stretches video from the previous day. I think that'll be a good cool down. :) First time i've felt able to add an extra video in too. :D Definitely feeling the changes!

Yas I love this. Every other routine like this Ive found really difficult for many reasons like usually they take up more space that I dont have, are just a little too intense and I end up giving up or use equipment I dont have. I can literally just do this any time while laying on my bed and can feel the burn but at the same time is definitely manageable. Love it

She says it SO QUICK at the end there but her message is so amazing! Fit isn't how you look, it's how you feel! How strong you are! As Cassie says, if you're working on inner and outer strength you're super fit! I love that. Thank you Cassie, for changing my life

Ty for always making these videos. I almost forgot what I love most. Maybe I can remember to do this every day and my legs would be built or at least toned. Ty. I sorry I haven't been around but maybe u like me to be gone so I'll say see ya later. Bye.

Ok sooo day 1 it was fine but burnedd
2: still burned
3: forgot to do it:
4: pretty easy but burnedd
5: pretty good
6: good and I see some improvements! Just slightly tho

Day 11 of the Beginner's Calendar and 2/3 videos down. I love this workout as I really felt the burn and my thighs felt weak after it. I was surprised as this video was so short in comparison to other videos I had done in the past.

I used to do this exercise at least 3 or 4 times a week. But, I stopped because I got Lazy. But I started up again. And omg for the first time in 3 years I did it again today. And All I can say. Is owie

Starting my own project: comeback and decided to take it easy for a little, ease myself back into it. Ive lost a LOT of strength and Im prepared to do it slowly and do it right: )

my first time working out with you! i absolutely LOVED IT. going to track my progress! right now i weigh 150 and my main problem area is my legs/thighs! hope this helps!
