Okay guys I am going to do this every day or every other day for 2-3 weeks. I will keep yall posted. I am actually going to follow through w this tho bc I get really annoyed when people stop updating.
Day one Feb 13th 2020: IDK why I thought this would be easy. It was literally SO PAINFUL! Like- i was 10 seconds in and was already dying. I am so out of shape. hence why I am working out lol. I mostly felt the pain in my upper thighs more than my butt. Toner thighs will be nice but I also want a bigger butt. So I hope it doesn't only effect my thighs. BUTT, for the bridges-sorry for the terrible pun- I could really feel the soreness in my butt. If that makes sense.

For some reason those lying baby circles feel not as normal exercise fatigue, but more like I'm about to injure my hip. It's a really sharp pain which I feel in a joint instead of a muscle, like a stretch pose pushed beyond its limit. I'm above-average flexible, no hip traumas, and the rest of the exercises feel normal (that is, they hurt, but it's the muscles that are hurting.

Any advise for my hip flexors tightening and giving me bad pain during this routine? Is it my posture or do I just need to keep pressing through and after time it'll get better? Maybe more stretching?

This is my favorite butt video. Back in the day my booty turned quite a few heads. In the coming year I plan to turn 1 or 2 heads & this workout is gonna do it. I love this one.

I did my right leg first then I did left, but for the last two exercises on the left side for me I didn't feel it anywhere but my calf
