Im hopping on a red eye flight with Special K to fly all the way across the country to surprise a POPster whos started a new workout routine and is FEELING IT. Watch the vlog to see what happened! Soreness. I'm not a fan, because I'm always sore, it makes me frustrated. everybody always says: when you repeat a certain exercise often enough, you won't be sore anymore because the body gets used to it. but that isn't working for me. I had dance training for 9 years, 2 times a week, and I was sore every time. I did horseback riding for 5 years, 1time a week, and I was sore every time at the exact same area of my thighs. And when I did Blogilates regularly for one year(I want those times back TT, I was after 5 days of the week so sore that I wasn't even able to do a single push up, while I knew in un-sore-conditions I would be able to do 15 full pushups easily. really frustrating.

We used one of those big balls in my pilates class yesterday + 1st day of the abs challenge! My core is soooooo sore that it kills me when I laugh! (I'm not stop laughing though) I. That is a change signal for sure. Also it is the first 1st of January since I'm adult that instead of feeling bloated and hangover, I feel amazing and ready to conquer 2019. I still had a nice meal and a glass of sparkling wine, but I felt that I was IN CONTROL of what I was putting in my body. Nice long night of sleep and ta-da!

I personally don't care much about the Special K collab, I'm grown up, I know what to buy or not to buy. Cassey is providing us with amazing fitness videos for free! (not like other fitness programs/apps. If the price I have to pay is watching some ad from time to time, that's totally ok for me. I love Blogilates content and the positive effects it has in my life. And by the way, Cassey, those frames are sooo nice, you look great!

Change signals:
1)my eyes hurt so bad because my sweat rolls over my whole face.
2) I entered the exam room in my school looking like iam having seizures because my legs are twitching.
3)I literally can't sit (on coaches, bed, chairs, toilet)
4) everytime I finish a workout I fell like I am in hell and my face turns tomato.

I havent seen the protein version of Special K here in the UK so I dont know about those, but I was really surprised by this cooperation because there is so much sugar in their products and I always get hungry straight away after eating them. Theyre the opposite of clean eating in my world. Perhaps the protein ones are much better? Would love to be enlightened!

Hi! I recently worked out to your Snow Bunny Blast PIIT workout and it was crazyyyyy! I found that my calves were super sore for two days afterwards, maybe it was from those tuck jumps? That video definitely challenged me! I love your PIIT workouts, I travel for work constantly and PIIT is my fave for a quick and efficient workout on the go!

Well that was awkward I so wasnt reaching for my bag of crisps when you mentioned watching your videos and eating chips perfecting timing,
I love your videos and they made me fall in love with fitness they always make me sore like currently its hard to sit up as my abs are sore as hell from the pyramid ab video I did again yesterday

My period was late (probably because of stress) I wasnt concerned but it was kind of annoying since I had been expecting it for over a week. Started working out, boom there it was. Trying to work around it so I dont ruin every pair of sweatpants I have but Im kind of happy about it

My change signals are when it hurts to get into bed after abs or legs, when I wake up and don't feel like going back to bed. The muscle soreness is such a good feeling to me. I love it. Also when you can feel your muscles healing and getting stronger is such an amazing feeling.

I have weak arms and whenver i do your arm workouts i cant move after them but it gets a little easier over time. Also my legs sometimes feel soo sore on the hamstrings that i cant bend over but even when my whole body is sore i still love it because i know i did something good
